Möbius Pasta aglio e olio from Steve Kass - where math meets deliciousness!
Steve Kass makes fascinating Möbius pasta - first discovered over at Neatorama - my childhood fascination with all things Möbius Strips kicked in (and the endless amusement exploring the unique properties of the single surfaced shape) I can't help but wonder whether Steve cut each Möbius Strip of a noodle in half... unraveled it to be one big loop with two twists... and halved it again to form two loops wrapped around each other...
For those of you who don't know how to make a Möbius Strip ~ take a strip, twist it once, and attach the ends... now take your finger and follow the loop... will you ever find the end? Take a peek at close ups of Steve's Möbius pasta below!
